- Maximum finaincing is 90% for purchase transaction only on a 2 year loan program.
- Standard financing is 80%
- Short term and Longer term options available.
- Sample terms include: 1-2 year note with interest only payments, 3 year note with a 15 year payment schedule and a 10 year note with 10 year payment schedule
